Frequently Asked Questions!

  • Phosphates 🦠

Is your pool going green but normal chemical readings are perfect?

This issue is caused by fertilizers in the city water as well as lawn treatments or even dead leaves! This can cause your pool to turn GREEN even if the chemicals are perfectly balanced. The best way to prevent phosphates is by testing your pool.

We recommend a phosphate treatment up to twice a year to prevent this pesky problem from ruining your swimming day. Worried you may have this problem? Give us a call or email and we will get your water tested & treated!

    Water Levels 💧

If water level is too low this can cause air to get into your pump causing your pump to work overtime which can lead to a burnt out pump.

Pump suddenly loud and hot to the touch? This could also be due to water levels getting low.

*Always call us immediatly if you are experiencing any water level issues!

  • Why is there water around my pool heater?

In many cases, water around your pool heater is completely normal and simply caused by condensation.

When your heater is running—especially in humid climates like Southwest Florida—it can produce moisture as warm air meets cooler internal components. This can create small puddles or dripping that may look concerning but isn’t a leak!
